Bua River Lodge

Bua River Lodge is a tented camp which sits on an unspoiled wilderness which makes it a natural paradise frequented by animals and birdlife. Accommodation is offered on a full board basis, rates include full meals. There are three types of chalets, the Island, Riverside and Woodland; they offer slightly different amenities. Each tent is equipped with ensuite outdoor ablution facilities, (plus hot showers), private deck, lounge area (only in the larger tents) and comfortable beds with high quality linen. All tents have window screens (netting) to keep out mosquitoes and other bugs. Guests can relax on the deck as they look out onto the river or simply enjoy the sounds of nature around them. The tents are well spaced to ensure maximum privacy and peace.

The lodge’s main area is a gazebo which houses the reception, bar, dining area and reading area. The tents and the deck areas are perfect if one simply wants to relax on their vacation but there are various activities guests can choose from during their stay, for example Nature walks, Walking safaris, hiking, Birding,
