You can choose from a variety of different options, such as: Tagine, Kefta with Tomato Sauce and Eggs, Djaj (chicken) Maqalli, Preserved Lemons, Meshwi (grill), Lamb with Prunes, Couscous with seven vegetables, Safa, Pastilla, Moroccan Traditional soups :(Harira, herbal) and Moroccan salads like : Ttaktkouka - with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, Bakoula, Rice and Tuna Salad, Potato Salad, Green Bean Salad). There is also the option to make bread and take it to the local farran (oven) for baking. ou can bake ordinary khubz (Arabic bread), khubz with olive, Harcha and (moroccan semolina bread).
